Generation X [A.K.A. Gen-X]

The generation is on track to become the first generation to be worse off in terms of being prepared for retirement than their parents.

Millennials

Respondents cited the cost of living as their top societal concern. Having a good work-life balance is paramount for them and a key consideration when choosing a new employer. 4-in-10 millennials feel stressed all or most of the time.

Gen-Z

faces an unprecedented behavioral health crisis. Zoomers in America reported the least positive outlook and the highest level of mental illness of any generation. This cohort is going through what looks like a decline in economic opportunities.

Generation Alpha

Having been born in the social-media era, many have also had their personal stories, photographs, and videos posted online by their parents since their birth — a practice known as “sharenting,” But having your most developmental years broadcast to an audience has its drawbacks.

Most children of all ages express negative feelings about sharenting as it often leads to bullying and peer rejection, and can even conflict with children’s own expressed identities, providing them with a profile that may not reflect who they really are.

A man that has decades of experience with serving and providing for the elderly, The physically challenged, The Intellectual Developmentally disabled, as well as working with disadvantaged youth in Ministry. Dr. Bryant has a education span that is over a decade in business leadership and he is also currently a licensed Insurance Producer.

Why Do We Do What We Do

Aged Not Caged shall make a difference in society, and will “Internationally” change The World, due to attention, emphasis, education, & awareness, that society as a whole must care for its senior population. Seniors are the ideal mentors. From all the experiences they have accumulated over the years, they can judge a situation and give constructive advice to their children. They also play an important role in solving disputes among family members. Elderly people play an important role in the lives of their grandchildren. A society without wisdom from their elders, is a society that is destined to fall, and fail! Aged Not Caged, is a business as no other, in which we bring attention to the young, and train the young, and Middle-aged, and all age groups how to properly: respect, honor, and care for The senior population. By 2034, a decade from now, the United States will have more seniors than youth for the first time in its history. By just a year later, those of us aged 85 and older will have nearly doubled, in a span of just 25 years, to almost 12 million.

Meet Our Team

Seniors can choose between single, double and multi-
bed rooms, where 24-hour care is provided, including bathing,
dressing and room cleaning

A woman that has decades of experience with serving and providing for the elderly, The physically challenged, The Intellectual Developmentally disabled, transportation, dispatch, filing, record keeping, Leadership, Planning and Mentorship.

A man well rounded and well versed Leader in his own right, and a hardworking tenacious leader, that has over a decades worth of experience working with those that are intellectually developmentally challenged.

A woman that has decades of experience in event coordinating, working with the young and the elderly, and also an intense background in medical, with a unique flair for original concepts not only for decorating, also for business in general, and a well rooted and grounded Leader.

A man that has decades of experience serving in the transportation industry, and various other occupations, which include serving the elderly, physically challenged and the intellectual developmentally challenged A natural leader, and a very charismatic leader on top of that.

All of the directors listed are all, Born-Again, Commandment Keeping, Bible Believers, that share the
same heart to show love to all of society they are here to serve.

Our Mission

To transform the lives of all of society for the better, utilizing The WORD of GOD and using original, creative methods, that have never, ever been employed before. We also will transform the lives of all society for the better utilizing the best technology there is to offer, and we promise to always over deliver!

We exist as a team of 5 directors, all that reside in Kansas City Missouri home of the

Super Bowl 57 & Super Bowl 58 Champions, The Kansas City Chiefs!

All 5 of the board of directors have a total together of over a century of experience, combined in the fields of providing for the intellectually developmentally disabled, the elderly, coaching the youth, physical education, customer service, and human services.

How We Are Making
A Difference

We exist as a company, that have witnessed senior citizens inspired to smile, laugh, and desire to be healed and whole! We make a difference by showing love at all times, to all, and we always give glory to Our CREATOR for the abundance of favor, grace, blessings, mercy, knowledge, wisdom, and love HE has given us to share with all of society. We empower youth from all walks of life, to realize and recognize that they can do, and be anything that they desire to be, and to love and respect who and what they are, and to realize they are all destined to live special lives, beginning with their services to their elders, which is never unrecognized.
